Refund and Returns Policy
At Attractive Mart, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or personalized products.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at attracti@attractivemartbd.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at attracti@attractivemartbd.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
